 RETURN POLICY:

• 7 days upon delivery should the unit be defective beyond definition of class B
  
• No returns/exchanges are allowed for wrong aircon size, wrong order, etc.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENT BETWEEN R410-A & R-32 *REFRIGERANT UNITS?

• performance - both are the same
• environmental friendliness - R-32 is more environmentally friendly
• size of aircon - R-32 units have a smaller body (except for the .6HP manual model which is the same size). See dimensions for more details

*refrigerant = liquid inside aircon that runs to keep it cool

 REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTIONS (for models with remote only):

*NOTE: R-32 models do not have SWING function as they already have left and right air vents for even air flow

FAQ:

Can you send me pics of my class B unit before purchase/ship out?

Sorry, no. We can't due to operational concerns. However, you are guaranteed to receive a quality tested class B unit with damage similar to the pics in this listing :)

Is the performance of the aircon affected since it's a class B unit?

Since Class B units only have aesthetic/visual defects, it should not affect the cooling performance of the unit.

Is installation included?

No, installation is not included. You may install yourself or get your suki handyman/aircon installation service to help! Instructions are on the manual.

Are these aircons the same as the ones you currently sell on Lazada/Shopee?

For R-32 units, yes. For R410-A units, these are already phased out.

Do you ship outside of Metro Manila?

No, not at the moment!
